1. Prices

• Our selling prices are gross prices and include applicable value added tax.
• Shipping and packaging costs are added separately.

2. Invoicing

Customers from EU countries:

• Invoicing of end user customers is strictly at gross selling prices that include applicable value added tax.
• Companies with a VAT identification number (VAT ID) are invoiced at net prices. Net prices are calculated from the gross selling price less German value added tax, currently 19%. Please, therefor, always advice us of your VAT ID on each purchase.

Customers from non-EU countries:

• Invoicing is at net prices. German value added tax at 19% is deducted from the gross selling prices.

3. Shipping and packaging costs

• We always aim to select the most cost-effective method of shipping for you and include the costs of shipping and packaging in the invoice.
• The shipping costs will be calculated online on the basis of the weight of the goods while your are preceeding with the order. You will always find a list of the actual costs of shipping and packaging to different regions in your shopping cart.
• If your order cannot be dispatched via normal post, we will advice you before shipment about terms and conditions of shipping.
• Packs which will send with PostModern will refer from PostModern to DPD. The delivery of packs to special pack stations is only possible with DHL. Please pay attention that the shipping costs are higher when we should deliver the packs to a pack station or with express.
• When the order comes from out of Germany and there is a valid VAT number so that you can get a net invoice it could be that the shipping costs are about 1,80 € higher as they are shown in the shopping cart.

4. Terms and condition of payment

Delivery against invoice:

• You will get your items ordered as soon as we confirmed the dispatch.
• Payment must be received within 14 days of invoice date.
• Delivery against invoice is only available for orders from Germany or Austria.

Cash before delivery:

• We will send you a email with payment information and reserve your ordered items for you.
• As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your package.
• You might be charged by your bank for each transfer to our bank account.

PayPal or credit card:

• You fill in the necessary information.
• As soon your data are confirmed we will dispatch the goods.

5. Delivery

• Normaly we dispatch the goods one workday after your order.
• The delivery time depends on the recipient country.
